Review Junk and quarantine

Open Settings → Quarantine in webmail, or Quarantine in the mailbox portal.

This view shows messages from your mailbox's Junk folder. It is not a separate archive of held messages.

• Choose Release for a legitimate message to move it back to Inbox.
• Choose Delete only when you want to permanently remove the message from Junk. This action does not move it to Trash.

The mailbox portal also offers page selection and batch actions. Review the selected messages before choosing Release selected or Delete selected.

If expected mail is not here, check other folders, search scope, and routing. Ask the sender whether they received a delivery failure.
